We apply a Moderate Cancellation Policy. Basically, this means that you or your customers can cancel the order up to 7 days before the actual tour date. For example, a tour on August, 31 can be cancelled by you or your customers up until and including August 24. Cancellations on or before this date will be refunded, but you will NOT earn a commission on these cancelled orders. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded, but you will earn a commission on these cancelled orders anyway.
Please note that we can cancel an order at any time and for any reason. Orders cancelled by us will be refunded irrespective of the date of cancellation. The only exception to this being cancellations due to conditions out of our control such as war, natural disaster, political instability, etc. In those cases, we do not refund orders cancelled by us and your customers will have to make a claim on their travel insurance. We recommend you to have a look at article 4 (confirmation/withdrawal by the travel organiser) and 9 (termination by the traveller) of our Terms and Conditions for a complete overview of our cancellation (and refund) policy.
If we cancel an order up to 7 days before the actual tour date, you will – just like when you or your customers cancel an order up to 7 days before the actual tour date – NOT earn a commission. Likewise, you will anyway earn a commission on orders cancelled by us less than 7 days before the actual tour date (even though we do refund these cancelled orders).
Please note that if we cancel an order less than 7 days before the actual tour date, we may offer one or more alternative tours to your customers. Whether or not they will receive a full or partial refund depends on their acceptance of any of the alternative tours offered and the costs of the accepted alternative tour (if any) compared to the original. Therefore, please take into consideration that the table below only refers to full refunds of single product orders.
In case of a cancellation up to 7 days before the actual tour date, or a cancellation – by us- less than 7 days before the actual tour date, the payment will be refunded through the same payment method as through which the payment was being made. If sold online, we will refund your customer through Stripe. Depending on your customer’s bank, he or she will see the refund show up anywhere between 5-10 business days later. There are no payment fees for your customer.
Please note that refunds may appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment will drop off of your customer’s bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued.
